The french wine is the most popular wine in the world. France as a knowledge about production of wine that no other country have, there is no doubt about this. Bordeaux appelation has an average of 10,000 chateaux which give a small idea how the french wine is a such big business.
There is also big region of France as: Alsace, Champagne, Loire Valley, Rhone Valley, Languedoc Roussillon who produce a lot of wine.

Every year the Bordeaux appelation sells the wine called Bordeaux Futures wines, this is a pre-sale, so consumers and professionals can buy wine at much lower price, the wine is delivered usually 18-24 months later. It is againt the law to water the ground at Bordeaux wine appelation. This is complete natural process. At Bordeaux you have different classification as: First Growth Classified (only 5 chateaux) 2nd, "3th, 4th and 5th Growth classified, the you have Cru Bourgeois for the Medoc (wine who are usually raised in oak barrel).


Every two years Bordeaux celebrate the biggest winefair called Vinexpo. 50,000 professionals are coming from all over the world during this 4 days show.

TSS, J, the Old Flame and I took in Lars and the Real Girl at ANU Film Group. It was an odd, sweet film which we all enjoyed. For TSS and I, the bonus was the knitwear.
